In this episode of Wisconsin Foodie Luke travels to the Eau Claire Farmer’s Market to meet up with cheesemaker Inga Witscher, host of PBS Wisconsin’s Around the Farm Table. St. Isidore’s Dairy in Osseo WI is a micro-dairy that rotationally grazes 10 jersey cows and uses the milk to produce small batch aged cheddar. Luke joins Inga on a tour through the process and together they make a delicious pasta dish using ingredients gathered from the market and St. Isidore’s Cheese.
