In the episode of Wisconsin Foodie, Luke heads to the “Swiss cheese capital of the USA”, Monroe, WI to meet Madeline Kuhn, one of the cheesemakers at Emmi Roth. In 2016, Emmi Roth won Best Cheese in the world for their Grand Cru. Luke tours one of the largest cheese caves in the WI getting a sneak peek at the very rare “Monroe” style cheese. Luke then travels to Anaway Place cabins in Richland Center where he will put on a multi course dinner that is influenced by the property and it’s natural surroundings.
