Description: SIX-STRING SOLDIERS are part of the United States Army Field Band. They are acoustic trio performing Americana, folk, bluegrass, and Irish music in an informal setting. The group brings its signature style to the smallest, most intimate venues, the busiest public places, street festivals, and music festivals across the United States. With its focus on audience interaction and sharing its members' stories and experiences as American Soldiers, Six-String Soldiers offers one of the most personal musical experiences found in the United States Army. PENTAGON WINDS is woodwind quintet was originally formed in 1989 as part of the Army Field Band's College Clinic Team. The quintet has presented numerous recitals at colleges and universities in forty-nine states featuring repertoire from Renaissance to jazz and beyond. It has been featured at the Kennedy Center, the International Double Reed Society Conference, and other professional music conferences around the country. In addition to its regular recital appearances, the Pentagon Winds frequently presents educational clinics to students ranging from kindergarten to 12th grade. WoodSongs Kids: The Graham Family hail from Winchester, Kentucky and decided to start playing music to bond closer as a family.
