This is the first year that engineering has participated in summer youth research at Montgomery College. An excellent cohort of student engineers from the middle college dual enrollment program at Northwest High School spent their summer engaged in solar energy research. Our speaker was inspired to bring a pedagogy lens into his solar energy project. Victor Mathias will present how solar energy can be used in entry-level engineering projects.
