We visit with one of the young Acadiana chefs adding new flavor to the New Orleans culinary scene: Isaac Toups. In addition to getting a peek into the kitchen at his acclaimed restaurant Toups Meatery, we also spoke with Isaac and his daughter Ivy abouter their family's Cajun roots, their restaurant, and their love of the French language and of Louisiana.
