Memory Makeover with Daniel Amen, MD
Ever misplace your phone, forget someone's name, or struggle to find the right words? Of course, you have. It happens to all of us. But if you find it happening more and more it may be a sign of trouble. Memory is one of the most important functions of the brain, and problems with it are becoming increasingly more common, even among teenagers and young adults. Did you know that 80 percent of people who had COVID-19 later complain of memory and focus issues? In this program, psychiatrist and founder of Amen Clinics Dr. Daniel Amen will show you how you can improve your memory and even rescue it if it's headed for trouble. You will discover some of the most common-and one of the most surprising-causes of memory loss and when you should be concerned. Dr. Amen will share the seven foods and supplements that research shows you can use every day to enhance your memory. And he will show you how to supercharge your memory with 11 simple daily practices.

The Letter: A Message for Our Earth
The Letter: A message for our Earth, tells the story about the Pope's call to care for our planet. In 2015, Pope Francis wrote Laudato Si', a letter to every single person in the world, confronting the looming calamity of human impact on Earth and ourselves. It is one of the most ambitious and revolutionary papal statements in history, since it is directed not just to Catholics, but to everyone on the planet and it outlines the most critical environmental and social issues that we collectively face. There are four 'voices' that Pope Francis calls specifically for in Laudato Si': the Voice of the Poor, the Indigenous, the Youth and Wildlife. Voices that are too often not listened to in today's world. We witness a series of letters exit the Vatican, travelling across the globe, to Senegal, Brazil, India and Hawaii. These are invitations to five remarkable human beings to an unprecedented dialogue with the Pope. A dialogue where we become caretakers of this planet we call home.
