Mary Gauthier, the Grammy nominee brings her healing songs to an audience of veterans at the National Veterans Memorial and Museum. During the taping, this performance brought a very emotional audience response from veterans and non-veterans alike. The album she wrote with the help of veterans and their families, Rifles & Rosary Beads, was nominated for a Grammy Award. Accompanied on the show by singer-songwriter, Jaimee Harris, Mary is also the author of the book, Saved by a Song: The Art and Healing Power of Songwriting, which explores the art and healing power of songs and songwriting.
