The U.S. Department of Justice has just released its findings after an investigation into the Phoenix Police Department, finding malpractices on its use of force and enforcement of the law. ICT's Daniel Herrera has the report. Famed Oklahoma storyteller and actress Te Ata Fisher will be inducted this fall into the National Native American Hall of Fame. Her great nephew, U.S. Rep.
