When a thunderstorm knocks out the power, George comes to the rescue by using his old-fashioned camping tools to help them make it through the rainy night and back home safely. Curious George vs. The Turbo Python 3000 - George isn't tall enough to ride the greatest rollercoaster of all time, The Turbo Python 3000. He uses licorice whips to measure his height and determines that he is 7-whips tall, one short of the 8-whip minimum! As he nibbles on his licorice, George looks for different ways to grow. His efforts seem to pay off when he measures himself again until he realizes that it's not that his legs are longer, it's that his stomach is fuller.
The Clean, Perfect Yellow Hat -The yellow hat comes back from the dry cleaners so beautiful and clean that George can't help wanting to show it off to Compass the pigeon. But a little wind and an errant branch create a hole that needs to be fixed before The Man with the Yellow Hat comes home and finds it. Bee is for Bear - While exploring the country, George meets up with a baby bear and a stinging bee. No one believes that George has seen a bear, but they do try to help George learn more about bees. It takes a helping hand from the baby bear to save the bunnies from the bees and to prove to everyone that George knows a bear when he sees one.

The Lizard Lounge - Mrs. Beaver wants to build a new park bench in a perfect spot, but there's a giant rock in the way. No problem, they'll just move it, but then they run into another problem: lizards, who keep reappearing on the rock. With a little observation, Elinor and her friends realize that lizards like the rock because it's in the sun, and the lizards need a warm place to rest because they're cold blooded. So, the kids make a new cozy spot in the sun for their lizard friends. Eventually, the lizards move and Mrs. Beaver is able to build the bench. Feathers - When Ari finds a particularly cool feather and puts it in his cap, Elinor starts to wonder why birds have feathers in the first place. It's time for more observations! The group splits up and each of the kids observe interesting birds and conclude that birds need feathers for different reasons: to fly, to stay warm, and for decorations, sort of like their very own version of clothes! Ms. Mole confirms they are ALL right. In the end, Ari realizes there's another cool thing you can do with a feather - it makes a perfect sandcastle flag!

Rich Francis visits the Inuvialuit community of Inuvik, NWT, where he's eager to learn one of the more unique food sources harvested on Turtle Island- Canada's national animal- the Beaver! He will visit with Elder Big John Jerome, once an avid trapper and one of the only Elders in town who still prepares Beaver the traditional way. He will also visit with local trapper Doug Esagok, who still traps Beaver for its meat and pelts. He will join them for a meal of Beaver tail, the preferred cut of the Beaver's meat, and learn how this food source has complimented the Inuvialuit's diet throughout their centuries on the Delta. Doug will take Rich out to the estruaries of the MacKenzie River, to learn the process involved in trapping the Beaver, which requires a solid understanding of the animal's habits; and lots of patience. Big John and Doug will teach Rich about the history and relevance of Beaver to the Inuvialuit of the Beaufort Delta and the various ways this animal is harvested and prepared. With his culinary imagination sparked by the flavours found along the Delta, Rich brings his new learnings to the firepit, inspired to create some new and exciting Beaver dishes for everyone to enjoy, including the viewers at home.

In this 30-minute documentary, we explore this movement toward traditional knowledge for modern times and some of the myriad ways in which that knowledge is reemerging as a sustainable way to nourish and heal people and our struggling planet. We tour the urban woodlands with elder and traditional foods and medicines knowledge-keeper Dr. Rudolph Ryser. We visit the Tend, Gather, and Grow urban youth program in Wild Foods and Medicines in Olympia, Washington, building a cadre of native youth who are taking this knowledge back to their tribes. We explore the sustainable farming practices of the Squaxin Island Tribal Garden regional food security project, and partake in a delicious traditional feast with the Muckleshoot tribe. "Saging" has become common in movies, TV shows, social media, and cleansing rituals - people burning sage bundles in the hope of purifying space and clearing bad energy. Instead of healing, the appropriated use of saging in popular culture is having a harmful effect. Indigenous communities have tended a relationship with white sage for thousands of generations. White sage (Salvia apiana) only occurs in southern California and northern Baja California, Mexico. Today, poachers are stealing metric tons of this plant from the wild to supply international demand. Saging the World spotlights the ecological and cultural issues intertwined with white sage, centering the voices of Native advocates who have long protected and cherished this plant.
