This program tells the true story of American G.I.s -- many of whom would go on to have illustrious careers in art, design and fashion -- who tricked the enemy with rubber tanks, sound effects and visual illusions during the World War II. The 23rd Headquarters Special Troops staged a traveling road show of deception designed to con the Germans right on the front lines. From Normandy to the Rhine, they conjured up phony convoys, phantom divisions and make-believe headquarters to fool the enemy about the strength and location of American units. Every move they made was top secret and their story was hushed up for decades after the war's end. Many of the men chosen to carry out these deceptions were young artists recruited from art schools across the country. In their spare time, they painted and sketched their way across Europe, creating a unique and moving visual record of their war. Some would go on to become famous, including fashion designer Bill Blass, painter Ellsworth Kelley and photographer Art Kane. This documentary features interviews with 19 Ghost Army veterans, as well as retired general Wesley Clark and other military historians.

It turns out that the main attraction is a meteorite that George himself found in the desert last summer! While admiring the rock, George's fingers accidentally smudge the exhibit case and George makes another cool discovery... his own fingerprints! George becomes so fascinated with them he collects finger and paw prints from all his friends. When the meteorite goes missing, with only a fingerprint left behind as a clue, can his Big Book of Prints help George find the culprit? / When George sees a rummage sale, he's inspired to host one of his own in the apartment lobby but has trouble convincing Hundley to cooperate.
Hundley wants to cool down at the dog beach, but once he gets in the water, he's spooked by a wave and some seaweed. The kids decide to play some fun SNOW TAG, and it quickly becomes clear that Gael is a master at the game. He moves impossibly fast in the snow. How does he do it? After some careful observations, the kids discover that Gael's paws are much wider than theirs, which helps him walk on top of the snow instead of sinking down into it. This discovery inspires the kids to make their own wide snowshoes! Rocky the Rock - Ari spots a funny looking rock with a smile on it and decides to make it his new friend, Rocky. When it's time for a snack, Ari notices that Rocky doesn't eat anything, which makes him worried. How will Ari take care of his friend Rocky? Enlisting the help of his friends, they wonder, are rocks alive? They make observations about what living things do and compare them to what Rocky does, which sparks a lively class debate. The kids decide that rocks are not alive, but that they can still be friends with nature.

The National Native American Veterans Memorial, located on the grounds of the National Museum of the American Indian, stands as a tribute to all American Indian, Native Alaskan, and Native Hawaiian veterans. It was designed by Harvey Pratt, a Vietnam veteran himself. Pratt, a Cheyenne Peace Chief and Cheyenne and Arapaho Tribal citizen, submitted his design along with over five hundred other artists in 2017. The next year, he was chosen as one of six finalists, and finally as the winning artist that same year. Groundbreaking for the memorial took place in 2019, with a planned dedication the next year. However, Covid-19 changed the plans drastically, and the dedication had to wait until November of 2022. The Cheyenne and Arapaho Tribes traveled to Washington, DC with a large group of C&A veterans and elders, and Cheyenne and Arapaho Television was invited.

Last year Wab Kinew made history after he was elected Premier of Manitoba, becoming the first Anishinaabe person to ever be premier of a Canadian province. This program tells the true story of American G.I.s -- many of whom would go on to have illustrious careers in art, design and fashion -- who tricked the enemy with rubber tanks, sound effects and visual illusions during the World War II. The 23rd Headquarters Special Troops staged a traveling road show of deception designed to con the Germans right on the front lines. From Normandy to the Rhine, they conjured up phony convoys, phantom divisions and make-believe headquarters to fool the enemy about the strength and location of American units. Every move they made was top secret and their story was hushed up for decades after the war's end. Many of the men chosen to carry out these deceptions were young artists recruited from art schools across the country.
